Forum Communications

William Marcil started his newspaper career in 1961 at The Forum as a retail advertising salesman, and then classified advertising director, promotion direction, production director, and assistant to the publisher. He became President and Publisher in 1969 upon death of his father-in-law, Norman D. Black, Jr. Thus continuing the 4th generation of family ownership. Lloyd Case is a native of Harvey, North Dakota. Case joined FCC in 1982 as the Financial Controller.
