The employees are what makes this company great! Wyatt & Quinn were absolutely wonderful. I haven't seen young men as well mannered & polite as these two in a long time. Wyatt was very thorough & answered all my questions. Quinn just reiterated all of the same info that Wyatt gave me & made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. They were on one accord with every aspect of service information. They were trained very well, an absolute delight to talk to and I was comfortable having them in my home. We need more young men like these 2 out in the world.

Tina was amazing. Gave me a 30 minute heads up that she was on the way and got here right on time. She sprayed the inside of my house and all the bugs I've seen since are dead. Highly recommend Tina with Fox! Service: Bug & insect extermination

Quinn was professional, personable and kind. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He completed the full treatment in about a half hour and let me know when he was finished, happy to answer any final questions. At 4pm, it was 96deg but Quinn kept a smile on his face the whole time which I thought was pretty darn awesome! He presents as a technician who knows his stuff and is happy to do his job all while keeping his customer first in his mind. I am very happy with this service so far and would recommend it to anyone needing any type of pest control service.

I am so thankful I was recommended this company. I shopped around a few days before i was recommended Fox. I called and they came out the same week! Mr. Charlie came out, was very nice and and answered all my questions. (Which was a lot because I'm a first time home owner and I've never had to hire a pest company before.) He did his thing and told me he'd call me in a week or so to check in :). I called him because of our German roaches but he helped me out and gave me advice on my fruit flies too!

Not only does the bugs disappear, but the customer service is impeccable. There perceptive to you, and your needs. So far, everyone has been extremely kind, accommodating, educated, and a pleasure to call members of my family. They are at my disposal, and welcomed at anytime. We have been using Fox for over a year now Ms. Tina did our services today and she was very professional, friendly and efficient. The products they use are great we have chickens that free range and they make sure they use what's best for them as well as rid the creepy crawlys.
