Dartagnan Ingram was very professional. I thought I had carpenter ants turns out I didn't have them but I had a lot of other ants. I called 3 different pest control offices and I'm glad I went with Fox Pest Control. Dartagnan explained all of the products he used and answered all of my questions.

D'artagnan helped out today with our quarterly service and I was very happy with his help. He let me know his progress and pointed out some pest problems I was not aware of and gave me tips to prevent them. I felt relief knowing that an area in our backyard where our toddler plays had scorpions and D'artagnan found them and took preventative measures. Great service today thank you!

Andrew Nash deserves to be promoted + a raise! We have a sign on our front door asking people to text if they need something so our dog who just had surgery doesn't get excited. He not only text to let us know he was here, but asked how our pup is doing! He was extra careful around our fruit/vegetable garden. He is so sweet and personable, we really enjoy having him taking care of our home.

Paul C. came out to do our initial treatment today and he was absolutely amazing! Paul was so nice and friendly and was happy to answer all of my questions. Mark Palmer, the service technician was courteous, very friendly, and absolutely professional. A couple hours prior, Ethan Kerr, had stopped by our door to see if we were in need of pest control services. I explained that we already had another company scheduled to come out, but Ethan was able to courteously and professionally show me what Fox was able to provide- he was eager to earn our business, and he did it within about 30 minutes! Happy I switched to Fox, and they came out the same day. cannot complain. Thanks guys!

I've only had two service calls with this company so far, but first impressions are very good. Both Julia and Christina were professional and informative, and most importantly very thorough with their work. This company actually encourages their employees to take their time to take care of their customers, as opposed to being rushed from site to site. Julia spent over an hour outside the house, inspecting and treating every nook and cranny. Christina was just as thorough on the inside. Fox Pest Control is also one of the rare companies that works with in-wall tubing delivery mechanism, if your house was built with it. If this is the level of service I can expect every time, you got yourself a customer for life.

All the techs we had have been great! Our latest, Andrew, was so thorough by help removing some hornet nests that had were too high for us. Took care of our random flys/insects that prevented us from enjoying morning coffee in our driveway with this bug bait stick. So happy we signed up with this company. Also, we have had some ant piles pop up after their visit, we called, and they were quick to come out to take care of the mounds. Highly satisfied!

Andrew Nash extermined our house today. This is the person you want to spray your house. Very thorough and such a nice person. Give him a raise! Carol We bought a used refrigerator about 10 days ago and put it in the garage. I have seen too numerous roaches in the garage. I could not get Fox back out fast enough. What a filthy, horrible mess. Today Billy Lucas was our technician.
Very knowledgeable, easy to confer with, willing to go beyond what was expected. He was here a very long time trying to get rid of these pests. I have been very satisfied with Fox and highly recommend them. Every employee is outstanding. Give them a call today.

We have been using Fox for about 6 months now and I have to say every member of this team that I've personally dealt with has been amazing. They are super patient, knowledgeable, and even when I ask them to come back out for extra prevention it's no questions asked and guilt free. The most recent pro we had was Ruben and he was great. I had some family stuff going on and he worked with me and around it to get the job done. These guys and gals all go the extra mile to make sure your house is as big free as possible. 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone.
