A personable and professional technician. He inspected and spot treated the interior of my home. He then completed the treatment of the exterior. He kept me advised of the progress of the treatment. When completed he came by and thanked me for the opportunity to be of service to me. These guys are great! Professional, organized, good communication and their service techs are a joy! They're a pretty big company that treat their employees really well. They're nice, they love talking bugs and it sounds like they're a close knit operation. The sales team got me a quick appointment, answered all my questions and sent Hoda and Devon to my house for an inspection and later visit.

Top notch teams, they know bugs, they get dirty, they CARE and they take pride in their work (I know right, how rare these days in any field!?) Just great people, professional but also very funny. Without sounding like a local tv commercial. "Fox Pest Control gives me peace of mind and are always on call when I need them. I'll never have to look for a pest control company again!" Side-notes: -Monthly price is great and actually runs a little less than some of the other exterminators I've had down here. -No one there going to try to upsell you services, especially what you don't need -They stand by their warranty and go the extra mile. -Fox must have a great mission statement that they stick to because it shows throughout. - I've had a great experience so far with Devon and the grand master of bug-wizards, Mr. Hoda himself. Our technician, Troy, was through and courteous. I've been very happy with Fox Pest Control for this past year. They treat our yard for ants and fleas on a regular basis (no reoccurrence), and the interior of our home once yearly. I had not seen any roaches, etc. until this week, just as the yearly treatment period was due!

Brittany was great, she was kind, outgoing and very professional. She made sure I understood everything that she was doing and was able to answer any questions I had. This is my first time having to go through a pest control since purchasing my first house. She made me feel comfortable and represented the company great and look forward to keeping Fox pest control as my goto company in the future. Also I'm can't remember my sales rep name but he was also very helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable about everything I had questions on!

From the representative on the phone to the technician that comes to your house, Fox Pest Control is the epitome of professional, respectable, and efficient. I've recently had two technicians out to my house (shout-out to Amy and Tracy!) for an entryway spray and all over treatment. These two were right on time, explained the process, and answered all of my questions.

This is our second year using Fox and I know that my house will be bug-free this summer, which is really saying something in South Louisiana. They're very accommodating, I've had to change the time and date of my appointments multiple times and they adjusted seamlessly. If you need help with pests around your home, do not hesitate to call Fox.

Not only did the technician Brittany spray inside and outside she took the time to wipe down all the eaves and crevices as to not only make my exterior look better but absorb the product more. Hunter was our sales rep and he was friendly and informative. We've had a problem with sugar ants and he found the source and went over our options. Great sales rep! Brinkley came out a couple days later right at her scheduled time. She was friendly and informative. The service was done quickly. She gave me the extra assurance I needed to know the spray wouldn't hurt my kitty cats. I recommend this business.

Brittany was very professional, kind, quick, and very knowledgeable. Any questions I had she answered them right away making me feel better about the services provided. She was quick at doing everything and let me know about the treatment she was doing and did and how everything worked. She also made me aware of the activity she saw both inside and outside.

After she was done she asked again if I had any other questions. This overall visit made me feel more comfortable knowing that we picked a FANTASTIC pest control company. Jaleah Covington performed a pest control treatment on my home on Saturday (4/30). He was there before the scheduled time. He was very respectful and polite. Very responsive and get the job done efficiently. The techs are always kind and answer all of my questions. The sales people are not pushy and customer service is always helpful! I love the monthly program because I can call for help in-between services (which I have only needed to twice) and not get an extra charge. Highly recommend. Dion has been to our home a couple of times now - he is personable, easy-going, and thorough. He goes the extra mile to make sure whatever random bug issue we have is taken care of!
