I just had my first service done today! Two technicians came to service my home. Tony sprayed inside. He was great! He answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable, and even gave me some extra information about the bugs in my home. Zeke serviced the outside of my home. He was very kind and professional. He also gave me information about the pests in and around my home.
I loved that two technicians came by. They made a great, efficient team! They also both reassured me that the ingredients used would not be harmful to my chihuahuas. When they left, I also was able to message Benji, the Service Manager, who promptly replied to me. I am glad we signed a 2 year contract. I already began seeing results in and around my home. These bugs don't stand a chance! I'm very happy to be in business with Fox!

Have trouble with dispatch and sup ( request but can't call back ) to busy I guess but your tech do great job George and my last tech worth wait for they the heart of your company. Dispatch and call center try but don't have sup support so they try an re professional but thanks tech

My technician, Ray has always been so responsive to the problems I've had. He's most recently tried a new combination of things in an attempt to get rid of the cutter ants. So far, so good! Anytime I have a problem between scheduled visits, Ray to the rescue!

They always listen to what my concerns are, they are prompt in their response time, I receive ample notifications of when my service is to be performed, and each and every one of the service men deliver excellent customer service and attention to detail.

I love this company! The staff is so friendly and always ready to take care of the problem as soon as possible. I have been with Fox Pest Control for about 3 years and have absolutely nothing negative to say. Exterminator, Jose Medrano, has serviced my residence and has done such an amazing job. I'm so impressed on how Mr. Medrano is so knowledgeable on how to handle whatever problems we have had. Mr. Medrano also follows up to make sure that problem has been resolved. Very pleased with the response time of Fox Pest control. I called on Thursday and they were able to come out on Friday.
