We supply drop cloths, mask off all baseboards, move huge furniture, remove electrical plates, fill picture nail holes, light sand walls and professionally apply one coat of your chosen wall paint. Client supplies paint, removes breakables and tiny items. Wall paintings and drapes should be taken down. Mark nails you want to keep, with tape. Client to sample and approve actual paint prior to our arrival.
