read morePastor Charles Jones is the Senior Pastor of Gary Christian Center, a dynamic, vibrant and progressive ministry. As one touched by the Grace of God, he has committed his life to God's calling and the Gospel ministry by touching the heart of God and the heart of His people. Pastor Jones is a native of Gary, Indiana. During his studies at Vincennes University, he felt a longing for God in his life. It was then that he came into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. In 1979, he received his calling into the ministry when the Lord impressed upon his heart, St. John 15:16, " You have not chosen me but I have chosen thee, and ordained thee that you should go and bring forth fruit."
