Excellent service! The technician was prompt, friendly, and readily identified the issue. My vehicle was trapped in the garage and he went the extra measure to manually lift the garage door, an extremely heavy cedar door, in order to help me regain access to my vehicle. Within less than 24 hours they had us good as new. Excellent experience and I am truly grateful!

The excellent service began at scheduling. The lady wa's very professional. She gave me a window between 4 and 6. I told her I wouldn't be at home until 4:30. She said don't worry about it, he will call you. The tech came between the window and was very professional. He completed my initial issue plus reattached a part that was broken. He completed everything very quickly and didn't charge for the additional repair. I will be using this company again.

I had a great experience with this company. He installed a keypad opener for my garage door in less than 15 minutes and at a very good price. I will use them for any future garage door needs! You should too!

Just had them over to figure out why the garage door wasn't opening and closing properly. $49 service charge had it all fixed. It was not the ground-level sensor, it was a sensor inside the roof mechanism that needed to be adjusted due to the age of the garage opener (circa 1995). He explained everything as he went along, ruling out possibilities. If it happens again, I will be able to help myself. what a wonderful thing! Thorough, polite, nice, knowledgeable. and they came out quickly.
