read moreFor the past few days my mouse was "auto scrolling" when on the internet. I HATED it, but could not fix it no matter how many YouTube videos I watched. It rendered my computer useless.

Out of desperation, I contacted Marc at 8:00 pm. He dialed into my computer remotely and within 5 minutes he found, and fixed the problem. I am embarrassed to say I had multiple wireless devices on in the same room. They were conflicting with each other. How Marc found it, I will never know, but I am glad he did. I could not be happier. He is amazing!
