Ernie began his career with GeoTechnologies working as a technician during summer breaks at N. C. State University and joined GeoTechnologies as an engineer upon graduation in 1996. He obtained his P.E. Mark began his engineering career in 1992 working in a soils lab for a firm in Buffalo, NY. He graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
