At GVVH, we support many organizations including the Franklin County Dog Shelter. Any person who adopts a dog from the Franklin County Dog shelter is eligible to bring their new pet in for a free initial physical exam.

read moreWe recommend Heartworm, Intestinal Parasite, Flea, and Tick Prevention year round. We have many products for both dogs and cats that make it easy for your pet to be covered every month. We also do annual heartworm test and fecal float test every 6 months as routine parasite detection. Dental care is very important for every pet. We will look at your pet's teeth during each exam. Our veterinarians will also let you know when your pet is due for a dental cleaning under general anesthesia. We are always happy to give you an estimate before any procedure.

read moreOur staff will add the credit to your account after we receive previous records and New Client Form. After we check you in, an assistant or technician will be giving you a call to ask you very important questions about your pet. The assistant or tech will then come out to your car to bring in your pet inside. While you wait in the parking lot, your pet's veterinarian will perform the physical exam. The veterinarian will then give you a call to go over specified recommendations for your pet and address any questions or concerns you may have.
