Not happy

I'm not happy at all to choose this company, they told me that my cars will be in a storage until I get to my destination and that was a lie. I have to cancel my flight to rush to where my cars was arrived. I will never use this company again. They make me change my plans and wasted more money that I supposed to. DO NOT TRUST IN THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE OF WHAT THEY SAID!!! I'm telling you, I called back to see if they still put my cars in a storage and they said no, so why they lie like that????

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THING ABOUT ALEX AND THIS COMPANY!!
I was in a very bad situation with booking with RoadRunner to have my car shipped from Pittsbugh to Florida. Days were going by with no carrier available and I had made my reservation with them two months in advanced. I was moving and flying out the next day.
THANKFULLY I found Alex from GLOBAL AUTO TRANSPOTATION!! I told him what I was going through and he could tell just how stressed I was. He jumped right into action and within 20 minutes he found a carrier and within two hours the car was picked up. I cried with relief! He went out of his way and got it done.

I had my 2019 Civic Type-R shipped from a showroom in New Jersey to El Paso enclosed, it arrived in showroom condition ahead of schedule. Customer service from both Philip as well as the driver (Alex) was top notch, could not have asked for better.

I have recently used Global Auto Transportation and I must say this was by far the easiest and most convenient way for me to ship my vehicle. I sent in a quote to their website on a Thursday afternoon and was responded to very quickly the next morning. I informed them of my car needs and time frame, and it was met exactly as discussed. By Friday I received a phone call saying my driver would be there Saturday for my parents to ship the vehicle to me. He arrived on time and delivered my car from Maryland to Kansas over the weekend. Monday I had my car in hand with the keys. Pricing was as discussed and no additional charges were made. Very happy with this company and would use again if I needed to.

This is the best Auto Transport Company. The representative I worked with, his name is Alvero A. He is a very helpful, very kind and professional and extremely professional with his Job. He will help you very well and take you call immediately and if he is busy, he will make sure he will call you first thing after he is done with his work. He coordinated with me and the driver and kept me updated about the status of my driver and my car. Mr. Alvero A is a Very good representative and very professional. Also, I transported my car from New York to Illinois. The driver's name was Ruslan. He came checked my car. Loaded my car and made sure he transports it safely to Illinois. He was soft spoken and helpful too. Infact, the car reached before me to Illinois address even before I reached Illinois via Amtrak. Extremely happy with Mr.Alveros service and professionalism and help and, Ruslans and Global Auto Transports service and help. Will use their service again in the future.
