We're very happy with Goff service. There was a smell of gas in the basement, we called Goff and they came the same day to fix it. The two repairmen were knowledgeable and professional, they quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the furnace in no time. We will definitely use Goff service again if we need it.

Dual mini-split heat, air, & dehumidifier installation.
We received a timely quote, they quickly responded to all questions we had, had easy/quick financing, scheduled quickly, a reminder was sent, a picture was sent so we knew who to expect & that they were on their way, arrived on time, very nice & professional, completed in one day as promised, got a ground base instead of an attached bracket as requested, they walked us through how to use & care for our new system. Very quite unit, great warranty, excellent service! We highly recommend!!!

I called to have a estimate done for a new hvac system. I was able to get a technician out really quick. Joe was my tech that came out. He was very fast, efficient, thorough, and made me feel comfortable with the numbers I was about to spend. He explained the process and what was included in the cost. Overall a great experience and I can not wait for them to come out and install my system!
