In order to ensure proper service throughout your event, GGE recommends the following staffing guidelines: 1 server for every 25 guests and 1 bartender for every 50 guests. All labor is charged at a rate of $22 dollars per hour, per team member required. There is a four hour minimum required which will include travel, delivery, event time, set-up, breakdown & clean up.
