Goodwill Southern California will continue to be the premier workforce development resource in California for people with disabilities or disadvantages. By the end of 2009, we'll increase our impact in the community by 50 percent by expanding the number of people we serve to 30, 000 annually. Transforming lives through the strength of work: Goodwill Southern California serves persons with disabilities or other vocational disadvantages and local businesses seeking qualified employees by delivering education, skills training, work knowledge and job placement services.
