Kyler is an absolute rock star and such a great asset for both of us and GEH. He's extremely responsive in his communication, keeping us up to date on every last detail and providing great context on any issues or delays we may have experienced (we built our home in the height of the pandemic).

His quality assurance for every trade/service was excellent and he pushed to meet every deadline that was set to ensure we could close on our home within the predetermined dates provided. All of this in itself allowed for a great experience, but the most impactful differentiator is the fact that he was an amazing advocate for us throughout the entire build. He genuinely cared that the finished product was something we were 100% satisfied with and took every opportunity to go above and beyond what we expected.

The initial meeting and start of the project with Matt Deputy made the decision to go with Grand Endeavor an easy one. Picking out all the selections for the home with Kristen at Floor King was great and she helped us design a beautiful home. Kyle Snow who was with us from the beginning of construction until the end built an amazing home and was the best to work with. This was our third home we have built as a family and Kyle was by far the best we have ever had in overseeing the quality of the construction of the house and answering our questions! Grand Endeavor did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone!

I chose GEH because I wanted to go with an established builder with a great reputation that would absorb any labor or material cost overruns caused by the pandemic. I am very happy to say that they delivered! They managed all the Covid -driven hiccups insulating me from the drama. Superintendent Chad Cornell did an amazing job overseeing the construction of my home. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put in to complete my home. He took pride in his work product and really cared about my satisfaction. The knowledge and experience he demonstrated really made me feel comfortable with the process and final product.

I would absolutely use GEH again. I have already recommended them to one neighbor and would not hesitate to do so again.

GE was quick with new floor plans and didn't charge us for the changes. They completed our house in less than 8 mos from ground-breaking to close. All throughout the process James, our superintendent, was communicative, responsive, and attentive to detail. We happen to live on the property as it was built and were able to witness every nuance of the process. I was able to speak with James almost daily about what was happening so we could make the best decisions for our desired outcome. The process could not have gone smoother.
