Today was the third time I've called Grant for a service call. Once was for the air conditioner and the last 2 were for furnace repairs. All three time the service was right on time, the Technician made the repairs. He was both courteous and polite. I would recommend Grant Air conditioning to anyone. Our furnace is 25 years old and will have to be replaced in the spring. Grand will be the ones that will be doing the work.

Lightning hit our home and took out a number of electronics including one of our heat pumps. I called a local independent HVAC contractor we had used before. He is very capable, but after two visits he admittied that we needed a Heat Pump specialist for the repair and recommended Grant AC. I called and talked with Debbie who was pleasant and knowledgeable and she scheduled a Tech appointment for the next day. Jason arrived on time and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. Lightning does strange things especially to electronics and my Heat Pump had three circuit boards to check out.plus fuses, transformers and wiring. He narrowed the problem down and called Carrier for the parts. He returned, replaced the damaged parts and then did a thorough checkout of our system insuring both AC and heat were working properly. Jason allowed me to watch the whole process and then gave me a tutorial on heat pump operation and care. He was prompt, courteous and professional, thanks again Jason.
