From the moment we talked on the phone to when he texted me to let me know he was on the way. ( early I might add ). I let him know I had a rescue Pomeranian that had been doing his business in a few places on my carpet and area rugs, and along the base of my couch. He not only got all the stains and spots out of everything but the odor as well. He took such great care that he went over the couch with amazing detail to make sure he got everything out. Although we've had our house cleaned numerous times, we have never had such a wonderful, professional cleaning done before. We have 4 big dogs and our carpet is 15 years old with older furniture. Charlie went over areas and the furniture multiple times until he was happy with the result. My carpet actually looks brand new. I'm so amazed. Charlie had our 3000 sq ft home done in less than 3 hours as well as all the living room furniture. He uses all natural ingredients so it is safe for my animals too. The orange scent is heavenly. I WILL NEVER EVER USE ANY ONE ELSE AGAIN! HE IS THE BEST!

The service was completely reliable and the price of service never changed from what I was quoted on the website. We have young children and wanted a service that did not use harsh chemicals or dirty water when cleaning. Greenway has been doing my carpets and grout cleaning since my first home. This time when we moved into another home, we wanted to start right. We did carpet protecting, tile and grout sealing (showers and fireplace).Making an appointment was a breeze because it is all online. Charlie will call you to confirm and get more information on what is needed to be done. He will give an estimate if needed. He corresponds well via email too.
I've always had Victor and his son come to my home to clean the carpets and floors. They are very professional. Explains the process of what is going on. They are respectable of your floors and wipe their shoes or wear protective covering. They are very knowledgeable and explains their products and makes recommendations for cleaning. They get the job done quickly and never leave a mess.
The carpet protecting seals well and mess is easy to clean up. Grout and tile also sealed well and you can see the bubble effect from repelling.

Hot diggity dog!!!!! Within less then 24hours from my initial call, Greenway Carpet the cleaning service had been completed! I'm super impressed with this company. Victor came to our house and they did a beautiful job on our bedroom carpet. I appreciate his hard work but more so his integrity. Initially I had also inquired about cleaning/sealing my kitchen grout near the stove area but after an evaluation, Victor informed me due to the dark staining, the outcome wouldn't be what I think, or want. He provide a free spot check to see if the dirt would come out, and sure enough with his level of expertise and serval years of experience, he called it, it didn't budge. So now I need to stain my grout. I appreciate this companies honesty as apposed to trying to make a quick buck. Victors level of integrity and transparency is what will keep me as a client for several years to come. I'm enthusiastic to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Excellent service!
I called in never having my carpets cleaned before. We set up the appointment for a day I wasn't going to be at the house after moving out. My wife met him and his son and left them at the house. He did everything he quoted on the phone and didn't try to inflate prices which he told me on the phone he wouldn't do. They worked hard and got up stairs, down stairs and the stairs all cleaned 2 days before my move out date.I will definitely use them again when I do the upstairs in my new house.

First off, I am so excited I found this company. I had a horrible experience with a company that came to clean my 1 year old sectional. When they left my couch had tigers stripes from leftover dirty water. He agreed to come back to fix it and made it worse!! In a panic I looked on yelp and thank God I found Green Way and spoke with Charlie. He immediately calmed me down and set an appointment for me to have someone come the next day to clean it. In walks Victor and his son, who saved the day!!! They were so professional and explained everything. They got right to work and magically returned my sectional to it's original state. I can not recommend them more!!! Best experience from beginning to end!! It's nice to see see a company that really cares and takes care of their customers Value for Money
