I've had several homes inspected for me by Griffin Home Analysis and they've all been very detailed and excellent analysis'. I will use them again for certain.

They saved me on two home inspections; they found major leakage in one house which I am so thankful to have known about. They are the best! Will continue to use them and give their info to my friends.

Edward Griffith did a fantastic job on our home inspection. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We appreciated the extra time he took to walk us through and explain the issues he identified with the house. We learned a lot along the way. With the help of his expertise, we're able to make a more informed decision. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend his services.

The bottom line is these are the guys you want inspecting any house you buy or if you are building a new house. They are not the cheapest, but very thorough. He hired them on a new construction house. They found 75-80 issues. The home builder said they corrected them. We hired them again to verify the list and only about 10 items were done. The builder completed the list and we hired them one last time to verify and all the items were done.

Many of our neighbors have had window issues, water leaks because of incorrect flashing and so forth. We have had none. Realtors seem to cringe when they here this company doing the inspection. Just my $.02.

Very thorough and helpful. Edward provided detailed information that he thoroughly explained and answered any question I had regarding the condition of the house I was purchasing. I had to have the inspection turned around pretty quickly and they were very efficient and met my schedule. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Edward from GHA multiple times now and been thrilled each time. Every step of the process is handled with professionalism. Mary is very responsive and sets appointments quickly (e.g. we signed a contract after 10:30 on a Friday night and by 9am the next morning, a Saturday, we already had an appointment time confirmed with the sellers). Edward is very thorough in his inspections and walks you through everything very patiently. He does a good job of noting everything but also telling you the big items on which you need to focus. I highly recommend them.

These guys are ridiculously thorough and did an amazing job on our home inspection. Took about 3 hours and he went through every square inch of the house and gave us great explanations on what was broken and what would need to be fixed. Definitely recommend these guys, 5 stars.

I was referred to Griffith by someone on the Bigger Pockets forums and had a great experience. I am an out of state real estate investor new to the Birmingham area and needed a home inspection done on a house I was purchasing. Mary was very pleasant and easy to work with in setting expectations, scheduling, and following up on the home inspection. Edward performed a very thorough inspection with plenty of pictures to show all of the details which really helped in negotiating repairs from afar.

I had to follow up on some things I didn't understand and/or needed more info on in the report and Edward spent a good amount of time with me on the phone helping me understand. He was very knowledgeable in all areas and was more than happy to get into the details with me and provide background information on issues. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

GHA's many years of experience is apparent by their thoroughness of an inspection! As an engineer, they pointed out many items that I appreciated and several items I was oblivious to. They easily explained the inner workings of inspection to myself and my wife. One very unique item of possible concern came up during our inspection but the GHA team researched it through the building specifications of the product. Ultimately, the unique issue was a mute issue. I would highly recommend GHA.

Very professional service. Edward was very nice and professional. He did a phenomenal job keeping us in the loop of what he found and explained everything to us in a way we understood. This is our first time buying a house and he made sure we knew and were comfortable with knowing what all was going on with the house. He was very honest and did not hold anything back, which is what we wanted in an inspector.

He basically told us what we needed to hear instead of what we wanted to hear. Overall, beyond 5 star service from the front desk people to the inspectors themselves. Highly recommended for anyone buying a home or just in need of an inspection. We will use them again and again for any inspection need in the future.

Very thorough and professional. Since we live in CA, we need a detailed inspector who communicates clearly and Edward fits the bill. We have hired Griffith Home Analysis three times (on 3 different homes), and each report has been thorough (with lots of photos) and very helpful. When we had a couple of questions, Edward returned our call the same day and answered everything fully. If we ever need a home inspector again, we know who to call!

Inspection was easy to set up and owner was able to dot he inspectionw hen we needed. He met me at the house. He was about 30 mintues late, although he did call to say to he was running late. He did a very thorough inspection and went over everything he found with me, detailing what should be fixed and helping me understand what he was seeing and pointed out things in and around the home to watch out for in the coming years.

The home we are looking to buy is about 40 years old. He was very knowledgable about other homes in the area of similar age and had even inspected the home next door. He was able to provide us with a level of comfort as to the previous maintenance of the home with his expereince. He provided us with a detailed report within about 2 days. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgable about home conidtions.

Excellent very thorough inspection, even under tough conditions (no electricity). Found some issue we never even considered as potential issues. The result was an extensive report with photos of all the problem areas. The report was delivered electronically the very next day. We will definitely use this inspector on all our future investment deals. Love the professional website allowing for online scheduling.
