read moreWe produce these items by first lightly breading the chicken and then frying. Based on the light breading and frequent replacement of frying oil, this chicken is tender and NOT oily. In order to keep the chicken moist and tender, we vacuum seal each pack and then flash freeze. We do season the breading to produce a really flavorsome product but in doing so, we also limit the the amount of salt to a bare minimum as you can always add more salt if needed.

Providing a higher ratio of meat to bone, the shoulder chop offers an excellent alternative to 1st Cut lamb chops at a significantly lower price. Our lamb chops are one of our best-sellers and if you have not tried them yet, we would encourage you to do so. Please note that (as with all our other products), we cut and trim our lamb BEFORE we weigh and price it so that you physically receive what you have paid for.
