You will complete 1500 hours of instruction to prepare you for a career in cosmetology or related career fields. By the end of the 47 week program, you will have learned the basics necessary to successfully pass the State Board Exam along with advanced skills that prepare you for an amazingly profitable future in the beauty industry.

Dorman with the dream of providing a post graduate school for further training license beauticians for employment at Guy's Beauty Salon. The Esthetics program was granted accreditation. That same year, the Advanced Student Designers and Day Spa Training Center opened providing a salon-type environment in which Advanced Students could hone their skills. Guy's Academy Hair, Skin & Nails opened at 1141 Shreveport Barksdale Highway with a sprawling 10,260 square foot facility.
