As attentive as Diane is to her customers, her leadership and values with the salon team sets the pace at the helm of Hair by Diane and Associates. Diane has seen her vision become a reality. She is recognized, not only as a salon owner, but as a leader in the profession throughout the nation, Texas, and locally, in Lubbock. Diane, a native of Chicago, revolutionized haircutting in the Lubbock scene in the early 70's. Since then, she has owned & operated four successful salons, each being a step above from the previous one.
