Formerly Hall Mentoring Services, Hall Community Services is under the direction and ownership of Clarence Bo W. Hall. Hall Community Services supplies mentoring, mental health support services, and psychosocial day program. Clarence Bo W. Hall, our Founder and CEO, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Averett University. Hall Mentoring Services was established in February of 1999.

MHSS provides training on functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the individual's health and safety; activities of daily living, and use of community resources; assistance with medication management; and monitoring health, nutrition, and physical condition.
