Our aim is to reduce stress, back pain and muscle tightness. The average full-body massage lasts about an hour. A half-hour appointment allows time only for a partial massage, such as neck and shoulders, back, or legs and feet. For optimal relaxation, a 90-minute bodywork session is recommended. Cranial Sacral Therapy is used to detect and correct imbalances in the crainosacral system, which may be the cause of sensory, motor or neurological dysfunction. Cranial sessions average an hour.
