The firm is operated and operated by Gary Robert Gilman. He moved with his family to Kansas City in 1989 and began work in the wood flooring business as an employee of one of the biggest flooring firms in the Midwest. As a minimum wage employee, he worked his way up in the firm with hard work and determination until he was at the best pay scale the firm had to provide. Taking a huge risk for his family, he began his own hardwood floor restoring firm and his business took off!
