Hartland Mortgage Centers started as an Illinois Mortgage Company in 1993. In the year that followed, Hartland expanded its operation to include Wisconsin and Missouri in the Midwest, Arizona and Colorado in the West and Florida in the South. The next step as Hartland grew nationally was to become a direct lender. As a Mortgage Banker we're able to provide both superior client service and nationally competitive rates to our clients. We were recognized in our home state of Illinois with the coveted Mortgage Company of the Year award in 1998.
