Hartstrings

Hartstrings is a privately held firm, headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm was established by Peggy Hart Earle in 1979 with the aim of designing and producing classic, original and timeless kids's clothing with the traditional parent in mind. In 1997, the kc parker brand was introduced - a selection of updated coordinating separates, sizes 4 - 16.
