Hawaii State Golf Association (HSGA) is a non-profit organization committed to the integrity and traditions of the game of golf in Hawaii. HSGA is the official representative for the US Golf Association (USGA) in the Aloha State. A primary objective of HSGA is to supply a reliable and accurate handicapping system for every golfer in Hawaii.
