Head Over Heels Shoe Boutique was opened in Baton Rouge, LA in June 2001. Our mission is to supply our clients with an unparalleled shoe-shopping experience, providing the finest range of brands and latest styles in a convenient and friendly shopping environment. Head Over Heels uses UPS to ship nationwide. We don't offer Saturday or Sunday delivery, and UPS is unable to ship to P. O. Boxes. We try to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt, excluding orders made over a holiday weekend.
