Joy Osterhout, MS, CHES, is HECC's current Principal/Owner. Osterhout began at HECC in 1999 as the Research Associate in the East Coast office, and in 2001 moved to California and became HECC's Project Director. Osterhout has worked with local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as non-profit health agencies in health education since 1995. Osterhout is a Certified Health Education Specialist, and holds a MS in Health Education and Health Administration, and a BS in Marketing and Communications.
