Heather M Skowood Contemporary Jewelry

Heather is a self proclaimed metal goddess from Philadelphia where she received her 3D Fine Arts BFA at Moore College of Art and Design in 1991. After receiving her degree Heather spent 5 years working with Philadelphia goldsmith Krikor Yeremian who taught her all the bench skills needed to become the metal goddess she is today. In 2001 Heather spent a year at Worcester Center for Craft in Massachusetts as an artist -in- residence in metals which prepared her for opening up her 1st shop when she moved to Manchester, UK in 2002.
