We work to create positive change across the philanthropic spectrum with particular interest in health care, women and health, and the environment. We establish private-and public-sector linkages to drive philanthropic innovation. The Heinz Family Philanthropies works as an operating foundation; as a result, very few unsolicited grant proposals are funded.
