Helping Hands Caring Hearts

Helping Hands was originally established in 1996 as a Child Care Substitute Service designed to understand the staffing requirements of area day-care centers. At the time, I was directing in a Child Care Center and pregnant with our 2nd child. I had been wanting to begin a tiny business that would enable me to spend more time with our kids. I had noticed that the chain of child care centers I worked for always had a need for substitute team, and thus the idea was born.
