Historic Houseparts, situated in Rochester, New York, was set up in 1980 in response to the abundance of rehabbing that had begun in our area. The main source of inventory at Houseparts is salvage of pre-1940 buildings that are being demolished in the western New York region. We buy merchandise from individuals who are renovating older homes. Houseparts inhabits a three-story brick row house built in 1890, and we currently have recently expanded into a neighboring warehouse.
