Hoffman Design Consultants (HDC) is an eastern Iowa consulting company. The company blends civil engineering and landscape architecture to supply creative and innovative solutions for a range of projects. HDC was established in 2004 with design specialists who have worked on projects in Cedar Rapids and across eastern Iowa for few years.
