It is was with a broken heart that not long ago I announced the passing of Maggie, the little lady in the above photo. Maggie carried herself with a type of dignity seldom seen among we humans. With 12 years of knowledge, she strolled with self assurance and queenly poise among the younger, rowdy and much bigger canines she lived with. And like the true Diva she was, she refused to become involved in their childish antics, but yet, was unruffled by them. And they respected her for it-even the cats.
