Joey came out to spray my yard today, he came on time, introduced himself and the company he's representing. He was super professional and friendly to work with. Answered all my questions and talked about additional services for the future. I highly recommend requesting him as your technician and the company overall. Holmes has great service, effective treatments, and a good value. They were not the cheapest option, but for the service and quality, including using (supposedly) eco friendly treatments, they were the best deal. They were easy to contact and always had helpful answers to my questions. Our lawn looks much great and I plan to use them next year too.

I've been nothing but impressed with Holmes Lawn & Pest. I've used a lot of different companies, but none of them compare to Holmes. All of their techs (Jacob, Derek, Landon, Travis, Joey, & Nate) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They've always been on top of letting me know what's wrong with my lawn, and advising treatment promptly. They're by far the most personable lawn care company, as they knock on your door every time they come and if you're not home, they send you a quick video to recap you on the products they used, and if they see any issues. I can't recommend Holmes high enough. If you need lawn care, or pest control, look no further. This company will make your lawn healthier than any other company can.

Jacob and Landon were prompt and explained what they'd be doing and why. I haven't had such services in several years so I'm glad to have found them. They have a long list of services that they provide. I especially liked the liquid aeration and the organic products used. Arianna was my first contact when I called. She was informative and thorough too.

These guys do amazing work. once in a while I have had to hold them back from mowing because my grass hasn't grown maybe 1/4 of an inch (in the fall) but their service is great and I love the way my yard looks. Their customer service is fast and friendly

Holmes Property Maintenance is simply AWESOME! I own and operate properties all across the country! I wish Holmes was able to make the travel with me! Great team = great results! Holmes has a great team! I would recommend them to anyone!

Holmes Property Maintenance is the real deal. Not only do we use their services to keep our lawn green and lush, but they were particularly helpful when we had a a large tree split in half during a wind storm this spring. They did a great job cutting and hauling away the large branches and even pruned our other trees to prevent something similar from happening again.

For regular maintenance, they send out text reminders so it's no mystery when their coming. They also offer auto pay, which is really convenient. We would recommend them to anyone.
