We'll spend as much time as it takes to thoroughly inspect the property you are purchasing, from the Roof to the Foundation and all areas in between. We run our inspections in three phases: Exterior, Interior, and Structural Components, and we invite you to be there during the course of the home inspection. We'll stop at the end of each phase to identify and discuss with you any areas of concern we currently have discovered, but don't worry about taking notes, it will all be in our Easy To Read Home Inspection Report.

A report of approximately 30-50 pages with full color photos of all areas of concern will be prepared. I have been involved with the building trades since I was a teen. We have been a family owned and operated business in Cary, North Carolina since 2003. Like most everyone here, we too are transplants, moving from Massachusetts where Scott was a licensed general contractor running a successful remodeling business.
