The Home Improvement Locator was born out of necessity. Our knowledge in flooring/home improvement sales lead to the discovery that, if you under-promised and over-delivered a bond was created. At that point homeowners were likely to use your service again when necessary, refer you to others and ask you for referrals to services you didn't supply. Simultaneously we developed a network of licensed and bonded specialists in many fields. The specialists we choose to work with all have 4 common traits: they are reliable, service oriented, experienced craftsman and have competitive pricing.
