While working within the rewarding and challenging career of school counseling, I had the privilege of serving teens and shaping lives. The drive to make a difference in peoples lives that led me to education is what led me to pursue a 2nd career in massage therapy. Through my own experience of receiving regular massage I discovered the powerful effects of touch. Massage impacted my own life so profoundly; I started to read everything I could about the multitude of ways in which bodywork is used.
