The portable spa industry was in its infancy, and there was a real "wild-west" kind of atmosphere. Sales shops and "service companies" were popping up all over the place, with very mixed results. There existed a service vacuum that catered to customers in the same manner the other home appliance manufacturers offered. The brothers took their experiences from working retail, and applied customer service satisfaction to thier newest venture, grew the company and hired staff.
