My dream came true on April 22, 1994 and I opened the doors of Hugs-n-Hearts ELC. I have been the owner and on-site director for 25 years. Hugs-n-Hearts is privately owned and family operated. We were one of the very first businesses to open in the Polaris area. Teddy bears lined the hallways and smiling teachers waited in the doorways to welcome the first of over 4500 students to join our family.
