About Us
read moreOur approach was simple: address the client's needs, engineer solutions that meet those needs, provide quality service and never stop improving. Today our original founders are both gone but their legacy & wisdom lives on. Today we are the most respected provider of asphalt and concrete services in Southeast Michigan. Now located in Warren, Michigan, we built a new state-of-the-art facility which houses all of our operations under one roof. Hutch Paving's focus remains on the quality services performed with absolute professionalism, integrity and pride.
Resurfacing
read moreAsphalt overlays are the most common, practical, and economical way to salvage, strengthen, and extend the life of pavements. The thickness of the overlay is designed to improve a lower-than-average pavement condition, but not to provide the extra strength needed for localized, structurally weak areas. Should the overlay thickness be based on the weakest condition in the section, it would be over-designed for the rest of the section, and more costly. The proper procedure is to correct the weaker areas.
Seal Coating
read moreThe minute new asphalt is laid, it is guaranteed to do three things: cure, oxidize and deteriorate. Protecting your pavement investment with sealcoating has basically the same effect as using sun block on your skin. It prevents the sun's UV rays from baking the oil out of the asphalt and turning a once flexible pavement brittle. Sealcoating also minimizes raveling (the loss of aggregate) and fills minor voids in the surface. Other benefits include creating a uniform color and appearance for all paved asphalt surfaces and increasing the visibility of curbing.
Striping
read moreHutch Paving offers parking lot striping services including new parking lot layouts, stripe removal and re-striping, ADA compliance such as handicap spaces and signs, lane dividers, arrows and crosswalks. We also offer curb painting, no parking fire lanes or fire zones, stencils, reflective marking & buttons, surface sealing, wheel stops, speed bumps and plastic bollard covers.
Asphalt Services
read moreAsphalt pavement is used in a variety of different applications because of its durability and cost effectiveness. It is the material of choice for parking lots & roads across the nation because asphalt can withstand heavier loads and, when properly designed and maintained, it lasts for many years. Deteriorated and old asphalt can be resurfaced saving money over replacement giving your pavement a new look for years to come. In order to maximize the life of your asphalt pavement, it is important to develop a routine pavement maintenance plan involving routine inspections and ongoing preventative maintenance, a process we know well at Hutch Paving.

Concrete Services
read moreWith over 14 years in the asphalt & concrete business, we have learned a thing or two about concrete. Why choose concrete? Because concrete is very versatile, is preferred for durability and appearance, is low maintenance and indicates quality construction at first glance. Concrete plays an important role in all sites. Concrete curbs help divert water runoff to storm retention basins. Heavy duty concrete pads in front of dumpsters ensure that large refuse trucks don't rut the pavement. Concrete wheel stops prevent vehicles from driving over the edge of the lot.
