Hypnotherapy

While practicing traditional psychotherapy or counseling for twenty five years I always felt that therapy did not have to be a painful process and a substantial investment in money and time. In 1998 I discovered the effectiveness of hypnotherapy and developed Inner Spirit Therapy. Unlike traditional psychotherapy or counseling it doesn't require self disclosure and provides dramatic results in weeks rather than months or years. Usually 2-5 sessions are sufficient.
