read morePick-up Special is a way for you to get your inflatable for longer or for a cheaper price. Please remember that you will need to be able to set it up (with our directions) and take it back down (fold/roll) by yourself or with friends and family. If we must pick the unit up we will charge extra for labor and gas. ALL setup safety procedures will need to be followed, and the renter will sign a liability waiver when the unit is picked up. The waiver also covers the renters monetary risk of a soiled unit (silly string, gum, gravel, etc), or if repairs need to be made to the inflatable (we inspect/clean every time they come back).

All our inflatables are put through a vigorous cleaning cycle after each use. We use a hospital grade antibacterial cleaner called Simple Green D Pro 3 Plus. Simple Green d Pro 3 Plus is a hospital-grade antibacterial cleaner that features an extensive kill list of over 75 different bacteria, viruses and fungi, including antibiotic-resistant super bugs.

We take your child's safety seriously. Persons not following the safety rules should be asked to leave the bounce house. 3. Remove shoes prior to entering the bounce house. 4. All bouncers must empty their pockets before entering the bounce house. Idaho Inflatables is not responsible for articles lost during operation of the bounce house. 5. Absolutely no food, drink, candy, gum, Glitter or silly string allowed inside or on inflatable!

read moreAn Idaho Inflatables representative will contact you to re-confirm your reservation a day before your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forecast if it is applicable. If it is very apparent at that time that your event will be rained out, a decision to cancel can be made together at that time, although considering the uncertainty of weather most parties tend to wait until the day of the party which is OK. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, if you call us prior to the delivery of your inflatables.

Additional fees may apply for areas farther out, but they will be noted on our online prices so there will be no surprises. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Q: Do you deliver to other cities? A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a party quote if your city is outside of the treasure Valley.
