I've been cleaning carpets for about 12 years now. I started my career working for a firm that had its own way of doing things. I then went to work for a more forward-thinking firm that encouraged educational opportunities. I proceeded to become certified in carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification program. Otherwise know as the IICRC, this organization prides itself in being on the cutting edge of pratices and proceedures in the cleaning industry.
