BJ did a fabulous job on our apartment and was very kind, working diligently to complete the project in one day. He is a true professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to paint their home interior. Josh's communication was great and he was responsive from start to finish. Improovy gave us the best quote of seven local painters that I communicated with. I'll be reaching out to Improovy for my next painting project (whenever that is)!

We had a good experience with Improovy - Mariela and her team did an EXCELLENT job painting our whole house before we moved in. For reference, they were able to complete 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, family room, large kitchen, pantry, hallways, landings (walls, ceiling, trim, window casings) in 7 days. Set up and cleanup was great - I've had painters leave lots of dust and grit behind, but not this crew - they took the time to appropriately cover everything and clean up when they were done.

The painting itself was really well done - we did mostly white everywhere, but had two rooms painted different colors. They left us with the leftover paint for future touchups.

We just relocated from Nashville to Chicago and one of my biggest concerns was not being in the same city while we repainted our entire house. Improovy made the process from start to finish a breeze! Eddie was so patient detailing their process, what sets them apart and boy was he right! Oscar who was onsite overseeing the job did a fantastic job communicating with us from afar - checking in every morning and evening, in addition to sharing photos and videos to ensure everything was to our liking. Cannot rave about Improovy and their team enough. We will be using them again for future projects!

Initially I spoke with Todd Sams regarding the work I needed done on the exterior of my house. He made me feel comfortable with the scope of work that would be done. He was very kind and reassuring of the quality of work I will receive and confident that I would be satisfied. These guys did an amazing paint job to my home trim and doors, they were extremely professional and incredibly kind.

Start to finish the communication was friendly, honest, detailed and helpful. Was able to quote us remotely after reviewing pictures of the target rooms and spaces. Used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Tony and his crew were excellent and was a joy to work with. The entire experience was positive. Had an exceptional experience with Improovy from receiving the quote and scheduling to the final walk through. Excellent communication with Chip in sales, Autumn and Roland with scheduling and information and of course the painting team of Mike and his partner. We had extensive drywall repair where crown molding was removed. Our doors and trim was painted white from the original dark brown stain, and two bedrooms and a bath were totally painted-ceilings and walls. Great attention to detail and very professional. We will definitely use them again.

Just a great experience. It was strange to me to take pics and get a quote without meeting but things ran wonderfully. Nick did my quotes and then introduced me to the lead, Roland. Roland and Nick were both extremely responsive. Roland gave me contact data for the workers. They were on time, did superb work, Cleaned up at the end of each day and were personable and professional. Alan and Carlos were phenomenal. I will use Improovy in the future.

Improovy has a lot of moving parts to it, as it is a larger organization--which is great overall, though, it led to some lapses in communication. When that happened, though, they were always very apologetic and accepting of responsibility. With regard to our job in particular, we were getting the interior of our home painted. There was a snafu with scheduling, which would have greatly impacted our move-in timeframe (along with a slue of other contractors we had scheduled), and DeAndre (our crew leader) worked hard to make sure to fit us in according to our timeline. That said, they did a great job with the house and we are looking for them to come back in the near future to help out with ceilings and doors!

Mike and Roland were very flexible to our ever-changing scheduling needs and the quality of the job was top notch. Mike especially was super communicative and quick to respond. They also worked around other contractors with ease. Would definitely use Improovy again! Service: Interior painting

What a great laugh I had with the rep over the phone! I was looking for quote on getting a house painted that I'm in the process of purchasing. I can't remember his name (sorry) but one of his first questions was which state I live in. Unfortunately, they are Chicago based and I'm states away. I thought it was hilarious that their company came up still.

And I appreciated the call, plus the rep was still kind enough to help me with my color of choice. He let me know that Sherwin Williams came out with a "Barn Red" color and after looking it up, it seems perfect for my project! Great customer service, wish I could give them my business! :(

We used Improovy for an exterior painting project and they were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that the quote, contract, and payment were handled via email, and customer service was attentive and friendly at every step of the process. The painters went above and beyond to confirm the details and even replaced some rotten trim that wasn't part of the original deal. I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

This is my forever painting company. The customer service was second to none. I received timely calls and a project manager. I was unsure of the colors so I was given a paint consultant. After my colors were chosen, the painters came on time and I received a direct number to the team lead. They explained everything and treated my home as if it was their own and clean d up before leaving. I'm very happy with my new colors!

We used them to paint our house and front porch. I think the results speak for themselves. They were cost effective and very professional and responsive. Definitely worth checking them out! I will post a picture soon!

Eric, Mike and Nick were all awesome helping us get our work scheduled. April rains caused so many delays and these guys were always on it with updates and keeping us in loop, working with our desired times, etc. Got several quotes when we decided to paint the exterior of our home. Improovy was by far the lowest price. I couldn't believe how professional, fast and talented our painters were-Eric, Jorge and Also.

Communication was outstanding. Finished product was perfect and exactly as I envisioned. Will be recommending Eric, Jorge and Aldo and requesting them as we plan to use Improovy for other projects all ready. Happy customer. See before and after below.

I requested a handful of quotes for painters after closing on my condo, and Improovy stood out right away. Cole was quick to provide a quote, and made himself available for follow up questions as needed. Cost-wise, Improovy was about the same as the other quote I requested, but the responsiveness and professional-looking quote sold me. The painters, Mike and Max, did a fantastic job on the entire place, but especially on some very high ceilings and some difficult louvered doors.

After the job was complete, Improovy sent a follow up packet with the paint colors and finishes to have them handy for touch ups or repairs in the future. Really great experience overall.

I'm new to Chicago and didn't know where to start when looking for a painting company to give a fresh look to the condo I purchased. I resorted to my go to place which is yelp. That's where I found Improovy and read wonderful reviews. Not only did the painter do any excellent job but the company had very competitive pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended. Great quality. Crew was super professional, did great work and fast. Chris, the coordinator, was incredibly timely and got me answers to questions many times within minutes. Not the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for. I was able to get a quote and project started within a week so was happy to pay a premium for getting the project completed in days.
