Built in 1902 as a private residence for William M. Angas, a Jacksonville entrepreneur, the home enjoyed an unobstructed view of the St. Johns River and held a prestigious place on The Row before the expansion of the neighborhood. Bordering downtown Jacksonville, the Inn is situated in the Riverside National Register Historic District, one of the most diverse collections of historic domestic architecture in Florida.
