For over three decades, Inter Valley Health Plan has consistently served the Inland Empire with a kind of caring and service unsurpassed by the competition. Arising out of the need for a strong community health plan in the Inland Empire, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and a group of dedicated, private practice physicians joined to create Inter Valley Health Plan. Since then, we have been around the block, and our track record proves it. We've grown to nearly 13, 000 members throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
