Our building, once a factory dormitory, is now a display of the company's style and creativity. While retaining the building's original utilitarian exterior, the spacious interior has been reborn as a case study in possibilities. The owners, Paul Guzzetta and Philip Shortt, both successful fashion designers, have displayed their creativity on fashion runways from New York, to London and Paris for prestigious houses like Yves Saint Laurent and Valentino.
